The Reserve for Investments in the Canary Islands (RIC) is a special tax regime that allows companies in the Canary Islands to allocate up to 90% of their profits to a reserve fund, paying only 4% tax on that amount instead of the standard 25%. The funds must be materialized in eligible investments within 3 years.
